4. Pricing & Payment

  • By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the full order amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary by location and shipping method, but usually between 3-7 business days. 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect address entries, or third-party shipping issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued upon return inspection, minus shipping fees.

  • Used or opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health standards.

  • All Skintekie LED devices come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
