Returns & Refunds

At Skintekie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition

All accessories, manuals, and original components must be included

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Due to hygiene and health reasons, used skincare devices (LED masks, IPL devices, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
