Note: Some remote locations may have limited shipping availability or extended delivery timelines.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

  • During high-demand periods such as holidays or sales events, processing may take slightly longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

For orders below this threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Express shipping may be available at an additional cost, depending on your region.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery. Skintekie is not responsible for such delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also track your order on the Track My Order page of our website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of purchase, please contact us at skintekie@gmail.com.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

  • If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund may be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.

Order Issues or Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Verify that your shipping address is correct.

  2. Check your tracking information for updates.

  3. Contact your local courier for further assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Skintekie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or use a secure address.

If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
