Quick answers
You'll usually receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 days of ordering.
It can take up to 5 days for a tracking number to activate once you receive it. If it still isn't working after that, email us and we'll check on it.
US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Canada & UK take 5–10 business days, and international 7–15 business days, after 1–3 business days of processing.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items; opened items can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Any problem with a product? Email support@skintekie.com and we'll gladly help.
