Q2. Are Skintekie products FDA-cleared?
Yes. The Skintekie LED Face Mask is FDA-cleared for safe cosmetic use. All our devices are manufactured to meet strict safety and quality standards.
Q3. Do your devices work on all skin types and tones?
The LED Face Mask is safe for all skin tones. The IPL device, however, is not suitable for very dark skin tones or recently tanned skin due to the way IPL technology works.
Q4. Can I use both products as part of my skincare routine?
Yes. You can safely incorporate both devices into your routine—use the IPL for long-term hair reduction and the LED mask for skincare concerns like acne and aging. Avoid using both on the same area within 24 hours to prevent irritation.

Yes. The Skintekie IPL device is designed specifically for at-home use and comes with safety sensors for skin contact.
Q15. Does it permanently remove hair?
IPL doesn’t offer permanent hair removal, but with consistent use, it greatly reduces regrowth and makes hair finer and less visible.

Yes. All Skintekie devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Please email support@skintekie.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo or video. We will assist you promptly.
